One-on-One Personal Training
One-on-One training sessions are designed to be in person sessions in which Rowdy Fitness comes to you! Plans will be individualized to the person to ensure the workout is challenging yet safe.
Hour Sessions = $80 per session
Half Hour Sessions = $40 per session
Partner Training
Partner training sessions are designed for friends, family, or couples to workout together with a trainer. The trainer will accommodate each person accordingly to ensure their plans fit the need of each individual.
Hour Sessions = $40 per session per person
Online Programming
Online programming is designed for clients who need an individualized fitness plan and accountability, but are comfortable following the plan on their own or on a video call with the trainer. Great for anyone outside the travel radius!
Monthly plans start at $200*
